Damn damn damn good youtiao, I swear by it and we had it almost everyday for breakfast.
A goldfish keychain, A REAL LIFE SWIMMING GOLDFISH hanging on your bag.
How can you go to china and not eat xiaolongbao right? We had their famous duper big xiaolongbao that have to be eaten with a straw.
Omg, yes this is the thing I regret not buying more. Hawthorn Cake!!! I bought one and luv it, but I can't find it anywhere else thru out the trip.
My 2011 ended pretty perfectly thanks to my loved ones. Starting from.....Christmas, I left for Shanghai and it was such a good trip, it wasn't the usual shopping and rushing to catch as much sights as possible kinda trip, we didn't have any itinerary or plans, everything was impromptu. We got to experience life true life, taking everything slowly and just embracing everything around us, which is something we never experience back here in Singapore. What we did there could be sum up in less than 10 words, eat sleep drink massage mani pedi hair treatment and more eating and eating and eating. I enjoyed myself so much I wished I didn't have to come back.
2011 was a true roller coaster ride for me, I learnt and been through a lot in a year, which I am very thankful of because it made me stronger and now I am all ready and geared up for the brand new year! I wouldn't go into details of my entire year but I've made great new friends, love and fallen out of it, hmmmm lotsa drama and my all time fave girls that have been there for me through thick and thin. I thank everyone for making those memories and it will always be etched in my mind, reminding me of my entire life journey.
I will blog about the rest of the days in Shanghai and how I spent the rest of the last few days of 2011.
